Service delivery

The segregation is so evident at your sandton taxi rank which is separated by a light between the Gautrain station entrance points, Perhaps i’m directing this to the wrong people i do not know, i’ve been using public transport to commute either the taxi rank in sandton guatrain or the train and to tell you how you can identify there are black people on one side and a majority of the white race on the other side, there’s never lights at the rank but opposite side everything is functioning just fine when things aren’t operational there’s coms which are announced understandably taxi industry doesn’t work the same however the sense of service delivery shouldn’t differ as tax payers monies should I believe is what keeps these space clean and the well taken care of ,the information and security offices have turned into toilets appearing type of space, what is the problem why are things done right on one side and done entirely different where black people are a majority in terms of service delivery but these spaces are in the same vasinty. may I see change as we are struggling and as black people I guess everyone has come to terms with the treatment but I’m not fine with it as I have experienced both the train and taxi service delivery is not the same.
