Sandton Bus Services - Gautrain

Good Day,

Again the Sandton Bus Services are not functioning properly. From 13 January 2020 until today the bus services is again not up to standard.

There is no buses in the morning when arriving at Sandton (can NOT provide a time) because 3 buses should have left Sandton within that time but couldn't because there is NO buses.

Again this morning the bus that should have left just after 6AM was so late that it only left santon at 6:30, and this is a daily issue with the busses.

Not to mention the amount of times that the buses breakdown in Santon in the afternoon and commuters have to wait an hour for the next bus to pick them up, this is a service that people pay alot of money for and most of the afternoons commuters have to walk to sandton.

I really dont this this reflects good on the station as commuters would rather use alternative ways from Santon to their destination due to unreliable buses.

Bus drivers inform management when a bus is faulty and management will just respond with: You get go when you ready!!!

We always receive the same response and buses are late due to traffic, NOT TRUE!

If there is no response or any improvements on this service I will take this to the media because this is the only way issues gets resolved.
