Rude staff

From rude security guards to the constant delays. If the lifts aren't working both escalator aren't working. Gautrain used to be great but the service has fallen into the pits.

The most annoying to top off is your security guards. Yall need to to really speak to them about how to approach people, how to talk to people and which tone to use. They are public servants not the ****** military.

Very unpleasant experience the entire 2024.
