Rude lady from sandton GAUTRAIN station

The lady from Sandton station,(cashier)is very rude and unprofessional. Sending me away before even checking if my card was ready for a collection.

The following day I wanted to load the card and received same attitude. She Def needs training and needs to be professional because i dealt with her on two different days and still received attitude as if she's doing me a favour because that is how I felt. My experience with this lady is not the best. Honestly I wouldn't want her to help me ever again.
