Rude customer service at ticket sales

<p>My gautrain card was expired so I had to manually purchase a new one and get tickets as I was traveling to Hatfield. The teller had such attitude when asking why they were expired and when handing over the money to purchase a new one she told me if I didn't give her exactly 15 rand she would take all the change... the manner in which this service was provided left me with a bad taste in my mouth (something a company should pride themselves on).. </p>
