Rosebank Gautrain station bus driver rude

The Gautrain bus driver by the name of Thomas needs a serious customer service training. We took a bus at 07:21 am from Rosebank Gaitrain station to Melrose Arch. The driver is so rude. He refused to let an elderly person to get off at a place which had no bus stop sign. What got to us as customers the most is the fact that he was using vulgar words and insulting us as customers. Why is he treating customers as if we don't pay for the bus? What he did was unacceptable and out of hand. The pride he had when he said we can report him, he doesn't care. Is that the kind of message you are sending to us as customers?
