Ridiculous service

This is in all the Gautrain station. In the mornings there’s a lot of people waiting to load their cards. We have to wait for long to get our cards to load. On a Monday morning of 22 January. I waited for so long in the queue to load money on the card but there was only one consultant to assist. I waited for so long for my turn till I had to run to the other booth for my card to be loaded which resulted for the bus to leave me behind and I had to wait Another 20 min for another bus to show up. It is so ridiculous that on a Monday morning there is only 1 consultant to assist. This is such an inconvenience. It resulted me to arrive very late to work.... the service is very bad. I don’t understand why this has not been seen by management before and we as the customers have to experience it.
