REJECTED BANK CARD

I have been experiencing issues with loading money onto my Gautrain card from my FNB debit card every month end for the past few months. I initially thought it was my bank card, but after ordering a new card I realised that it was not my card. I have also contacted my bank to find out whether the issue lies with them. And I was informed by my bank that the issue is with the Gautrain systems. I humbly request that the issue gets sorted out as soon as possible as it is becoming a real nuisance to draw cash and it is extremely frustrating having to deal with inexperienced and unhelpful staff members
