I bought a monthly trip in August/September last year and only used them the first week after purchase. I had to travel with work which was unplanned and ended up not using the rest of my trips which can be +-R3000. Gautrain doesn't want to understand that I could not predict that I would travel with work and they are not even willing to help. R3000 is a lot of money and it just seems like I just gave them. That is such a big company, but they don't even care that they're taking so much money from people.
