Refund of R100 STILL NOT paid from 05/03/15

On 05 March 2015 I deposited a R100 in Machine nr. 2 at the Gautrain Hatfield Station and I received a Refund Application Form (A008843), because the machine showed \Maintenance in Progress"and did not load the money on my card. I went back a week later"
