Refund nightmare

They have the most horrific service and they are nothing short of *******. I have been struggling for more than a month to get a refund processed on credits loaded on their website onto cards that were apparently expired but online they were not expired according to their system. They keep sending me back and forth and I have had to do their work on this refund for many hours without any results.
