Refund Dragging on

On the 13 July 2018 i submitted a claim 20745 for a refund as i couldn't find my card. days later without any notice, i decided to log on again and check the progress of my claim as i wasn't getting any feedback. i was then told she couldn't tell why my claim was rejected and that she was escalating it. to this day I'm still waiting. i called in again today got through to a very friendly Kholofelo, and she told me the same thing that my query was escalated. This is pathetic service for such a small amount.
