Refund amount

I have been trying to get refunded the remainder of expired weekly trips since May 2023 as I started working from home. The claim has been declined with no explanation but that "the claim was declined by Mbombala".

In the month of September I had another expired return trip of which a refund was approved. To my SHOCK from the R186 spent for the return trip, what was refunded back to me was a mere R37!!!!!

What happens to the other R149? I understand administration cost but it can't surely amount to R149? This is a total *******!!!!
