R200 debited without my consent

I went to malbro station to take a trip to centurion on 10/10/2022, 6h50 and I paid with my bank on count for R52 , when I wake up in the Thursday morning 13/10/2022, 7h29 and the R200 was debited on my account, I log the call to gautrain they refuse to pay back my money
