Poor Service, no feedback regarding Refund

<p>On the 30th of March 2017 I paid for gold card at vending machine at OR Tambo station but no card issued / was received. I also loaded funds when requesting card. Amount R317. I have been struggling to get my refund since 10 April, email was sent ********** wit NO RESPONSE. Nobody has attended to my matter.</p> <p>I need the refund processed as a matter of urgency!!!</p>
