Poor service

Dear Gautrain, This days nothing seems to be working, your escalators are always having issues, not to mention the lift in Rosebank is always broken I can’t count how many times I’ve been stuck inside. Surely there must be something to be done. The door in centurion took almost a year to fix. We pay a lot of money to travel to work, I just hope that this issues matter to you too not only us clients.
