**** poor service

<p>Posting this I feel like a real idiot as I type but we honestly followed every instruction we were given before departing Rhodesfield...Steve went as far as setting his alarm for 8h00 so we don't miss the train, which amused me at the time...jump on the train and we are told by two security gaurds that the train will not be stopping in Rhodes field but going to OR Tambo... Worst service ever and a total ******* in penalty fees for being "late" when gautrain staff gave us the incorrect time the last train leaves. We were waiting for the last train to Rhodes field which never came and had to jump into the last train for the evenjng which literally drives through Rhodesfield....Drop us off at Or Tambo stranded and our vehicle with house keys are in Rodesfield...staff at the airport rude, and have absolutely no compassion.Taxi asks R150 to go 8km but can't garentee we will get our car because the Rhodesfield station close at 9h15. We will be expected to pay R100 parking penalty fee there in the morning too...GAUTRAIN you want people to use your services but make it nearly impossible to. We will never travel this way again...ever! what was meant to be an awesome first time experience ended up being a really horrible one! #dissapointed</p>
