Poor service

This was my first time using the Gautrain and I expected quality service, instead I got disgusting attitude from one of the ladies at the help desk, she just snatched my money without even asking what I needed and then she attended to the next customer, she only got back to me after and she looked at me harshly. I understand she was the only one on duty but that doesn't give her the right to treat customers like *******, Please Gautrain Centurion Train your employees on what customer service is all about and stop recruiting *********** fools with a bad attitude.
