Poor Service

I was standing at the bus stop in Midrand, Opsite Hilti, Corner Bridal Veil and Tugela Lane, Waterfall on my way to the gautrain station in Midrand. The Bus driver of BC34MH pass me without stopping at the Bus Stop. I showed him my ticket because i am waiting the Gautrain bus station and then he stop. When i got to the bus he shouted at me rudley that this is not a bus stop. I have to Look for the sign then he will stop there. I have asked him that what is the point of gautrain building a bus stop where some one can sit but according to him this is not a bus stop. He said something in zulu and expected me to understand him. I arrived in hatfield 10:55. The Bus for lynwood only left about 11H34 the hatfield station. I phoned the Gautrain Management office to ask about the procedures to lodge a complaint, the Lady that answered the phoned was highly irritated and just said you can phone the call centre ********** 872446. According to the call centre the busses are suppose to leave within 20 minutes. Why are we paying so much for such bad customer services
