Poor service

Poor service. not the first incident I have had with them that the service is terrible. 3 months now and still no reply to my query. First time the station did not pick up that I left park and climbed off at centurion and I was charged a penalty fee for non rail user and was told I cant fight it. 2nd time I forgot to take my change. Was then passed on from person to person and still after 3 months no response.
