Poor Maitenance of TVM Machines

On 17 July 2018 during peak hours (07:30 AM) two out of four TVM machines were out of order. The third one did not have any Gautrain card. It was appalling to see a technician only trying to fix tone of the machines as queues were getting longer within that same hour. Only one person was assisting at the cubicle. For such an expensive facility to use the service is terrible.
