Poor customer service

I arrived at GAUTRAIN MIDRAND 06:31 as and on my app.it was saying 4 minutes for the train to departure to Pretora, time kept counting on my aap but on the GAUTRAIN TIME TIMER it said 15 minutes left for the train to Pretoria.

Kindly asking GAUTRAIN to update their.systems both the apo and the timer inside stations. I came running to fetch a train that was leaving in 6 min only to find out that it only leaves in 15 min. What an inconvenience.
