Poor customer service

so i occassionally travel with the gautrain and also use the Linbro park shuttle service from the Malboro station, they have recently increased the prices and i still have my ticket with the old price, when i went to take the shuttle i am told i cannot take the shuttle i need to purchase the new tickets, i ask what about my old ticket are they going to compensate and they say its not their problem i can just go to gautrain website and complain they cannot help me, what sort of service is this that dont care about the customers and am told to throw away the money that i used
