Platform worker

TINYIKO the lady who works at the platform at OR Tambo (20 Aug 11:20am) is such a delight, smiley, approachable and truly shines. I watched her interacting with passengers answering their questions on the platform and I was so impressed how her friendly demeanor transpires. I wish everyone at their workplaces cld be like her.
