Pathetic system

<p>Seriously. How do people think they tag in and tag out. Seriously. You use a card to tag in. And tag out and after the gate opens you get blocked because you didn't tag out previously. Seriously frustrating and now I have to prove it's my card. I didn't ask for a ****** refund. I just want to use it. </p>
