Pathetic service delivery

I had the worst experience ever! I am a disabled lady and I left work at 16:30 and only got home at 20:00 because of unexplained delays at gautrain!

The gautrain staff were no help at all and we (myself and other commuters) had to figure out on our own what to do and where to go.

I nearly got hurt so many times during this ordeal and we aren’t even being reimbursed for this one trip! I will never recommend this service to anyone.
