Pathetic service delivery

The Gautrain has become a integral part of many commuters travel to work. The trains have consistently been delaying increasing our travelling time, and causing many people being late for work. Some people could lose tneir jobs, miss flights etc. How are we expected to do our job if the gautrain management cant do theirs? This is completely unprofessional and a simple apology cannot mend anything at all. The fares are quite high yet we travel via the train only to expect good service delivery.
