Pathetic customer service

Rediculous customer service.

My boyfriend used his gautrain card when we parked our car at the station, later I had to go and pick up the car and the said that the same card should be used. I asked them if they had a sign that states this, and they do, it's just hidden away somewhere, that's how small it is.

When I spoke to Nicole Brooke and George, but they both had attitude. Maybe you should invest in some customers service for those two staff members. When I said hello or goodbye, Nicole didn't seem like she even knew how to greet.

I had to walk to draw cash cause your eft didn't work, I had to cross a couple of busy roads to do this, yet your staff told me it's not their problem and if I don't have cash I should leave the car there.

This will be the last time that I use your service!!
