Overcharged for parking

<p>from Centurion to Sandton every day. Today I noticed that there was only R85 left on my card. When I enquired about it I was told that my checkout did not register when I returned to Centurion station and I was charged a R100 for parking.</p> <p> </p> <p>How is it my fault that the card did not register at check out? No siren went off, the doors opened and I went through. Neither did a siren went off when I excited parking. For this has happened before and then I could not exit parking for I could not get out. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I now being overcharged for parking without my knowledge or consent?</p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p> <p>I demand to be refunded immediately</p>
