Over crowded Gautrain trains and aircon not working on train.

2018/12/05....it was the first time this year that I had to travel via the Gautrain train service from Centurion to Santon and I sympathise with frequent peak time travelers! We had to skip 2'trains (7:50 and 8:00) due to lack of space, and I am not even talking about seats...this is standing space in isles an at the doors! We had to take the 8:10 and still over crowded. One would think that the company has enough data to plan properly for the number of commuters it has to serve at peak times!

On the way back at 16:40....train was over crowded again....AND NO AIRCON....and this while we are experiencing a heat wave! Paying R110 for retrun trip I expect to receive better service than this....??
