Original Gautraincard.co.za rgistration just lost, unable to refund/replace.

Did original registration of gold card on gautraincard.co.za in 2011. had to even pay for a new card. Now that Gautrain has implement to their new system, the old registrations are gone and no-one inside Bombela, is willing to even try and find the original system. I am now unable to request a refund on a lost card as no-one can give me the card number. Best of all, the gautraincard.co.za registration is on page 8 of the gautrain guide.

Staff has now ensured that i will forfeit the funds on the card, as they apply the 3 year forfeit rule without remorse (also page 8 of the guide). Staff has now ensured that Bombela will profit from my misfortune.
