Online Ticket loading

I loaded a R100 on my card online this morning. As I got to the gautrain my card read invalid. I then went back online and my balance showed 0 as if I never loaded even though the amount was taken from my account. I then had to log a refund that will take 14 days to pay out plus an Admin fee. Very inconvenient for a service that ws supposed to make our loading easier.
