None Working Card Facilities Park Station

I arrived at park station this morning at 9:06 from Hatfield station to discover that the card facilities are not working. As a result i was manually let out by the staff there and was told that my card would be blocked and i would have to purchase a new card. This would mean i would lose the amount of money on my card and further more i would have to pay R100 for parking once i get back to Hatfield.
