Non communication

so this morning i went to take the Gaubus to Rosebank as per usual every morning, i waited and waited and no bus, eventually i called the call centre to ask whats going on and i was told \the buses are on strike"i asked the gentleman how were we as the passengers supposed to know and he said sms's were sent out"
