No refund received

I was last year April at the Gautrain, and their system failed, not being able to provide me with a ticket, but I had already paid for it. I was informed to go to a teller and do it again, but being told I will be refunded for the amount. It has been a year later and I am still waiting. I am honestly shocked with this service.
