No Refund for my R2282.00

Gautrain have terrible service,the call center agents are so terrible and *********** and have no answers.i Have app**** for refund and its been way more than 14days they promised and even today im still waiting.I use this service every month im a regular customer and very disappointed with the service. anyone knows where can i take this matter feather,this is not how to treat customers for such expensive transport..We pay too much for this transport, we expect excellent service.
