@TheGautrain Please provide contact details for Shuttle complaints? FIRST: we LOVE the convenience of your service. Until March 2025 we had no complaints. Shuttles were ON TIME. But as of April, the first morning shuttle at 05.50am from Greenstone to Marlboro has arrived later and later. This morning we waited from 5.45. Until 6.17 for the first shuttle. The patrons of the 5.50, 6 and 6.10 were waiting. By the time the shuttle reached Greenstone Mall the shuttle was full. The DRIVER (because he was aware of how late he was) then drove with consistent hooting to make up time. PLEASE many of us believe in your efficiency, the value you add to the commute life and by extension the workforce. PLEASE. STAY. RELIABLE. You support will be sustained if your reliability is maintained like clockwork. You've done it with consistency before. What has changed?
