No feedback on prize won

I won a dining voucher through the gautrain tlc marketing competion. I sent the requested and completed form three times, followed up, called and just no response. This is not fair and gautrian not following through with promised prizes is surely bad for Gautrain's reputation and customer experience?<br> <br> The competition closes next month and with no feedback and confirmation I foresee that I will lose out on this fantastic prize awarded by Gautrain due to lack of feedback and confirmation from their side.<br> <br> I was excited, but am truly disappointed now :-(
