No Bus Service

On the 16/10/2019, I experienced the same issue I have been having a problem with. I missed my doctors appoint and I am now very furious! What is the point of having a bus schedule if no one is going to adhere to it? What is the point in having station supervisors if none of them are going to make sure that the bus divers adhere to the schedule? I find it ridiculous that I have to continue to pay for a system that does not work!! I have a truck load full of promises from bus supervisors! We expect the bus to at least show up at 16:15. We waited 20 more minutes instead. I spoke to the supervisor on duty at the time, Enoch, who gave me the drivers name and times of all stops. The driver left the halfway stop at 16:04 and therefore left us stranded. I was not the only one waiting for that bus! Action needs to be taken because the people that are paying for this service are not being taken seriously but you are quick to enforce your gautrain rules on us!
