No arrival of bus that usually arrives around 6:03

The 6:04am bus in the C2 route (Rooihuiskraal) has not arrived since yesterday, the 25th January 2016 at stop number 10. I called the call centre and got different reasons, with one person telling me the bus did drive by when I was at the stop at 5:52am.The second person told me the drivers are not obliged to pass that route in the morning when they depart from Amberfield Glen,Lenchen Avenue at 6:02.Now if this is so, why do they not bother to tell us about this so we can stop using their buses and get alternatives???I have been getting the same bus for over 2 weeks now and suddenly there are new stories coming up. I need a clarification on this as I still need to get that 6:03am bus from stop number 10. The next bus after that gets me extremely late at work and so all the other people. All we need is good service that we do pay for and communication. Gautrain is expensive for this low service they are providing.
