No answer!!!

I lost a file in the train on the way to work from Park to Sandton on the 07/08/2015. I tried to contact their offices to inquire about this, at first they said they haven't found anything yet. And I should keep trying but how do I do that when they don't answer their phones AT ALL. It's ridiculous. I've been trying for 7 days still.
