New Timetable

We have been inconvenienced since yesterday. The train timetable has changed but the bus timetable has not been adjusted. I used to catch the 06:00 train as I start work at 07:00 but since yesterday I get to the station @ 05:55 and wait for thetrain to arrive at 06:10 of which its not 10 minutes wait as per their notice. When we get to Pretoria station we get in the bus and wait another 12 minutes until the next train that leaves JHB at 06:20 arrives. The bus is always full and congested. The new timetable does not suit the passengers as I am alwyas late at work, for 2 days I have reported to work 20 minutes late,. According to their advert its that they have improved their service and there is a train every 10 minutes during peak hours but if you look at their timetable before 06:00 there is a time difference of 20 minutes. Before adjusting their timetable they should have conducted a survey with the passengers as most of us take the 06:00 train as we start @07:00. They cannot expect everyone to jump in at the 1st two trains. In the afternoon we are also inconvenienced by the buses as the trains leave earlier but the buses are still stuck on the same timetable.
