Money theft

This public transport has given me problems on problems and now theft I tapped with my bank card for almost a month as it worked out the same price as tapping with the gautrain card while i was at work they took money from my account even when i did not use the service then for the past 6 months they over charge me on all bus trips and if i request a refund i get denied when i wanted to reqeust a refund for the ****** money they said i need proof and if they find that they where wrong then only i will receive a refund within 14 business days this is totally wrong to ***** someones money and act like im in the wrong someone need to put this company in there place because this is bull****
