Money deducted but not loaded on Gautrain card

Gautrain app is so useless. I loaded R500 on my card. The money was deducted from my credit card but not loaded on my Gautrain card. What a ripoff. Now I have to call Gautrain, then log a claim management query on their website. And all this **** just to get my money loaded using their useless app.
