Modern-Day Segregation

Pretoria station has secluded parking bays for so-called"high risk" cars. The bays are manned by a dedicated security officer who never moves away from them. What amases me is that everyone pays the same equal fee for the parking but some of us are treated like second grade citizens because we don't drive big cars. This reminds me of the unfortunate apartheid times where segregation was the order of the day. What is a high risk vehicle? Is a Golf Mk1 and a toyota tazz not high risk cars as well? People who drive Toyota Fortuners and the likes are given special preference over others. Perhaps they use platinum gautrain cards, and the rest of us use gold cards. I tried to address this issue with the security personnel on site but was simply told "it is the law". What policy informs this very unconstitutional law? Why is it only app**** at the pretoria station? I wonder... All i know is the our Constitution of 1996 affords all citizens the right to equality regardless of race, ***, colour or creed.
