Mistake made and they dont want to refund me

I started using the gautrain, so i purchased a gold card. i was then informed that if you buy a registered card, if you lose it then they will refund your money. So i got the card but still had money on the old card. i made a mistake by swiping into the parking with the new card and then used the old card on the train, when i exited, i used the new card and so it charged me R100. they dont want to refund me because they say that discounts dont apply if you use two cards. I mean really are they that stupid. i told them it was a mistake so now they dont want to refund my money. All i can say is that is daylight robery. Thanks gautrain for taking my hard earned money.
