Midibus driver on tictok while driving

Usually I love the gautrain especially the midibus services. But yesterday the driver who was driving the 17:35 bus was on his phone on tictok while driving. Personally I was very upset as he could have caused and accident. Usually gautrain has very strict rules and regulations. I seriously hope that something is done about this as I take the bus daily and would want to be in an accident due to driver negligence.
