Machines are down and staff are useless and rude

<p>You could not load money onto your card at Sandton or OR Tambo stations this morning. Despite the fact that a que of people needed to catch their flights the staff ambled slowly along with no clue how to address the problem. The staff were also rude and arrogant. Sad that these are the people that tourists have to deal with. Staff need attitude change and training</p>
