lazy staff

Had the worst experience was purchasing a card when the card came it it was stuck in the machine. I could see the card so could the security but we could bot reach it the security tried countless times to get someone to come and help me and as can be seen in the cctv footage i ended up waiting by the machine for 40 minutes. I was waiting by the machine so that nobody else can use that specific machine. When i started getting upset after i had been patient for long i went off at the poor security guard who was nothing but nice to me to ask him to please call them when he also showed signs of being aggregated someone by the name of Letlogonolo Moono came i was so relived only for him to walk passed me to go and attend to his own business and only come back after about 10 minutes to tell me there is nothing he can do to assist me and i must ask for a refund which he say he does not know when i will get the refund. Gautrain is a safe and reliable mode of transport but is let down by the poor service of the staff
