Late Gautrain buses

The bus times are not adhered to and there is no notification. Buses in Technopark , Southdown and Lynwood are worse. The app is sometimes not working and this is supposed to be the state of the art transport service, it’s frustrating to use Gautrain buses the service is poor and not improving
